Sustainability

Small changes, made consistently, add up. We've worked with our suppliers to cut soft plastics across our shipments by 60%. Our office runs on low-energy LEDs, our labels use less paper and print, and our paperwork lives in the cloud instead of a filing cabinet.

Our leather is a by-product of the farming and agricultural industry, not the reason the animal was raised. We know leather isn't for everyone. We love it, and so do many of you.

We moved dispatch to the east coast, closer to the majority of our Australian customers and set up two more dispatch centres to cater for our USA and EU/UK customers. Fewer kilometres travelled from creation to your door means a smaller footprint and shorter wait times.

A few other ways we're working on this:

• Pre-loved bags are repurposed and donated to at-risk women through the Alf Exchange
• Soft plastics recycling, in office and in shipments
• Reusable crockery, cutlery, and coffee cups for the team
• An office location chosen for access to public transport and bike riding
• Meetings held on Zoom or Teams where travel isn't necessary
