DOMESTIC

We are still delivering within Australia. Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Please use a residential address for orders. Deliveries to business addresses cannot be guaranteed.

EXPRESS POST

Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.

Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post has temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard. 

INTERNATIONAL

Australia Post expects major international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions.Please allow for shipping delays to regions currently impacted by Government lockdowns.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer FREE Australian domestic shipping on orders over AUD $250. 

Standard Shipping can take anywhere between 2 -5 days depending on your location within Australia. 

Our standard shipping charges are weight based and range between $6 - $19 Australia Wide.  

If you have a safe place for the postie to leave your beloved Alf or you are comfortable with it being left out at the address you have supplied us, please  select the 'Authority to Leave' option when selecting the shipping method.  This will save you from going to the Post Office to collect it if you miss the delivery!

In order for us to get orders to you as quickly as possible, all our East Coast orders are dispatched via our Sydney warehouse.  Whereas any Perth and regional W.A orders will be processed from our Head Office in Fremantle, Western Australia. (This is based on availability and occasionally we will have to process orders from the other warehouse to ensure you get your Alf purchase!)

We use DHL and Australia Post to ship our international orders and our international rates vary from country to country. Please contact us if you don't see your preferred shipping country listed at checkout. 

Please be aware, that as your Alf comes all the way from the 'Land Down-under' she's not going to arrive overnight (your Alf is coming via plane, not magic carpet). You can select express international shipping at checkout, however it can still take anywhere up to a week to arrive on your doorstep. 

We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible - and once it has left our Sydney warehouse you will be sent a tracking number so you are able to sit at the front gate waiting for the postman.

Believe us, these babes are totally worth the wait. You're going to LOVE your Alf.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties / Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Alf the Label does not collect international taxes on behalf of customers, so the customer is responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.

If you refuse a shipment from Alf The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These costs will come out of any potential refund you may receive due to the returned item.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number 

If you have an enquiry about the whereabouts of your order and have already received a tracking number, please contact Australia Post direct for an update . 

Alf the Label cannot provide any additional information about the whereabouts of a parcel once it has left the warehouse, and outside of what you can see on the Australia Post online tracking.

We are happy to offer local pickup for our Perth based customers where stock is available.  

Pickup is available from our Fremantle HQ, Monday to Friday between 9am and 12pm by appointment.  Please ensure you contact us via email arrange a time to collect. customerservice@alfthelabel.com.au

Proof of purchase is required when collecting your order, and we kindly ask you to please check in to the SafeWA QR code by the front door on arrival.

Unfortunately if stock is unavailable in our Perth warehouse then shipping charges will have to be paid and items will be posted from our Sydney warehouse.

returns and exchanges

Want the DL on our returns and exchanges policy?

We know you are going to love your new Alf bag - but we understand sometimes mamas change their mind.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase because you have changed your mind, please process your exchange by clicking the link below within thirty days of physically receiving your order. 

If 30 days have passed since you received your bag, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on full price items during sales, we will only offer a refund if the item is deemed faulty. A store credit (valid for 12 months) for the sale value of the item can be provided.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed. 

Amendments include:

- Change of delivery address

- Change of item colour or style

- Adding and/or removing items from the order

- Applying discounts/gift cards

- Full order cancellations
