Signature Ari Backpack (Pebbled Leather)

This is the bag of my dreams!
It’s so pretty and functional. So many handy pockets, and the fact that it’s a normal bag and backpack means my life is so easy!

The Ari bag is exactly the work bag I'm looking for. I love all the pockets inside and out, and the laptop compartment made it extra better. I love that you can carry it in so many different ways. Unfortunately, the bag I received had a small tear in the leather, but Alf the Label customer service is awesome. They are responsive, and resolved the issue promptly.

i love the ari design - i've had two of the luxe colors (black and latte). when the vegan in black/black color launched, i got it even though my daughter is now a toddler, and i no longer need a bigger bag for daily outings bec it's such a chic (and dare i say edgy?) vibe. we've been traveling during the holidays and it's been the best bag for flights to carry snacks, tablet, etc. to me, it feels significantly lighter than the leather so it's perfect for long travel days. LOVE.
ps. alf's vegan is buttery smooth - would love more bag designs with this material! perhaps a crossbody?!

The quality of the bag is absolutely amazing, it has beautiful detail and very true to description.

I have received so many comments on how lovely the bag is, not knowing that is a nappy bag. I'm excited that I will be able to use this post babies as an everyday bag, a great investment :)

I love how universal this bag is. I use the shoulder strap a lot but when you need an extra hand to convert it into a backpack. The compartments inside have been great to section everything.

I am giving this a 3-star review because:
a. Dispatch of the order took 7 business days before it got shipped. The item was in stock and not a pre-order.
b. packaging is very important so I am surprised when my $500+ bag arrived in just a plastic pouch and not even in a box to protect the item during shipping. You can do better than this.
c. the bag is beautiful and functional. It just turned up to my door today and I haven’t had the chance to use it yet.

This bag is so classy and holds a ton. I've got it loaded up with everything (and more!) than I need to carry around and it's perfect. It is heavy, so keep that in mind with whatever you add to it. Beautiful piece and I'm glad I made the investment.

My Signature Ari Backpack did not disappoint … it is everything I had hoped and better still Sophie and her team are outstanding with their service and communication … they rushed my Ari to me in Sydney in time for my holiday in NYC … I’m using it as a city handbag and for my hikes in the mountains with my art supplies …. AMAZING … LOVE IT!!!

Stunning bag. I bought it for law school and I cannot wait to use it. The design and quality are exceptional and it fits a ton of items without looking bulky.

Absolutely obsessed! I bought the Ari backpack to replace my previous diaper bag which felt so heavy and clunky to lug around, and also my separate handbag which was starting to look scruffy. The Ari is such a beautiful addition to any outfit and is STUNNING quality, made from real leather with really high quality hardware. It's made my days out with bub or even by myself so much easier as it has room for everything babies need and means you only need one bag instead of one for bub and your normal handbag. Really gives you a bit of a boost postpartum too as it makes you feel effortlessly put together. Worth every cent!!!

This was my first purchase from Alf, and got me hooked! This bag is the best travel companion. The capacity is just right for a weekender, or I’ve even had it as my underseat bag, with my carry on, on flights. I love the luggage sleeve and that you can carry it on your back. I also have the mini zip pouch and sanitizer pouch to match with it! Now thinking about getting the espresso one too 🤭❤️

I purchased two bags that convert to backpacks from other brands and returned them. They were clunky and not adjustable. This bag is The One. Like all alf products, it's beautifully and thoughtfully designed. I love the style and the versatility of this piece, and it's my new go-to for travel. The size is perfect--it fits my laptop, tablet, makeup bag, etc. without being bulky. And I the pocket placement inside and out is just right. Love love love.

We went through 2 bags in the first 9 months with our daughter. After purchasing this bag we haven’t looked back and it has been everywhere the past year including 5 countries. If it failed today ( it won’t) I would absolutely purchase again.

Love it!!!! Best work bag ever!

I'll start with the positives by saying how lovely this bag is. It's beautiful, it feels luxurious. I love all the pockets, especially the back picket sleeve and the front zipper pocket (you don't need to open the bag to access this pocket which is great! It's a really good size and shape, I carry a lot to work and so far, it just fits everything, I pretty much have it filled to the brim. When I purchased it, I didn't quite realise that the straps are not actually leather, they're a different material. I obviously didn't read the description clearly enough. It's a bit disappointing. It does take away from the luxurious look of the bag that the straps are not also beautifully made of leather. And at this price point, I would have thought that it would all have been made of leather, and it's disappointing that it's not. I travel on public transport for work and sometimes need to wear the bag as a backpack or as a shoulder bag, and whilst it can be changed, it's not convenient to do this quickly. An added third strap would have been excellent. I have since bought myself a leather strap from a different company which I have added to be able to use as a shoulder bag or a backpack without having to change the straps when getting on and off public transport quickly.

I absolutely love love love this bag. Fits everything and is not too heavy! Such good quality! Only regret is not ordering it sooner!! Love it!
