Full-priced items are eligible for a return with full refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with change of mind returns. Orders placed outside of Australia and New Zealand are classed as International Orders.

Other shipping rates will vary by country and are sent via Australia Post or DHL Express. Your shipping rate will populate when your country is entered at checkout. Please get in touch with us if your preferred destination is not listed at checkout.
If you are located in EU, UK, US, CA or SG and are contacted by DHL to pay additional duties please contact us so we can process this on your behalf.
Customers outside of these countries are responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.
