Change of mind
We know you are going to love your new Alf bag - but we understand sometimes mamas change their mind.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase because you have changed your mind, please contact us using the form below within seven days of receiving your order.
If seven days have passed since you received your bag, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Alf the Label at the buyer's own cost - unless there is a fault with the bag. Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment, so if you paid with a gift card, we will send you a gift card with the same amount credited to spend at a later date. Please note: If you paid for your item via Afterpay, Alf the Label will charge a 6% refund fee to the customer.
To be eligible for a return or exchange because of change of mind, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original dustbag. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.
Items purchased in a bundle cannot be split for return - all items in the bundle must be returned unused and in original condition.
Please note: we do not refund the original shipping cost of the item, or the cost to return it to Alf the Label.

Cancellations + Amendments to orders
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
- Change of delivery address
- Change of item colour or style
- Adding and/or removing items from the order
- Applying discounts/gift cards
- Full order cancellations

Dealing with faults - and our warranty period
We are really proud of all of the bags in the Alf family and check each one individually prior to shipping.

In the unlikely event your Alf bag has a fault please contact us immediately, or within six months of your purchase so we can arrange a repair locally, or should the fault be unfixable - a return and exchange.
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.
If the item has a minor fault (i.e. issues with bag hardware), we will attempt to have the item repaired locally (for a reasonable cost), or ask you to return the bag to Alf the Label for repair at the Alf HQ.
If the item has a major fault (i.e. issue with structure of the bag, which cannot be repaired and affects the nature of the bag i.e. leather issues) we will ask you to return the item to Alf HQ. Once your return is received we will assess the goods to determine if they are faulty and will notify you via email of the approval.
Then, you can choose from the following options:
- Refund for the entire amount you paid for the bag,
- Replace your faulty bag with a brand new one, if in stock.
- Replace your faulty bag with another style of the same value.
We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. A tracking number must be provided for all returns.
We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
