For Australian orders under $150 there is a flat rate of $12 for standard and $19 for express shipping.

Online orders are processed at our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of order placement. Please note dispatch may be delayed during peak periods. Consult our Shipping page for more information.

Returns

Full-priced items are eligible for a return with full refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with change of mind returns.  Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds. Please consult our Returns Policy before purchasing.

Orders placed outside of Australia and New Zealand are classed as International Orders.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over $150 to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Singapore. Orders under $150 will incur shipping charges. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information.

Other shipping rates will vary by country and are sent via Australia Post or DHL Express. Your shipping rate will populate when your country is entered at checkout. Please get in touch with us if your preferred destination is not listed at checkout. 

If you are located in EU, UK, US, CA or SG and are contacted to pay additional duties please contact us so we can process this on your behalf.

Customers outside of these countries are responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.

Orders are processed from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.

Returns

You can request to return an eligible Alf purchase up to 30 days from date of parcel delivery. Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with change of mind returns.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds, and any duties and taxes already paid are non-refundable if you choose to return your items.

Items in a Gift Set cannot be split for return. All items in the Gift Set must be returned unused and in original condition. 

Gift Sets are not valid with any other offer, including the welcome discount, unless specified otherwise.

Gift Sets are only available for a limited time, at our discretion. Strictly while stocks last.

Colours/products are set and unable to be amended or changed.

Prices and savings listed are primarily in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may differ based on your local currency and exchange rate.
