International Orders
We offer free delivery on orders over $100 to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Singapore. Other shipping rates will vary by country. Orders placed outside of Australia and New Zealand are classed as International Orders.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over $100 to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Singapore, sent by DHL Express.
Other shipping rates will vary by country and are sent via Australia Post. Your shipping rate will populate when your country is entered at checkout. Please get in touch with us if your preferred destination is not listed at checkout.
If you are located in EU, UK, US, CA or SG and contacted by DHL to pay additional duties please contact us so we can process this on your behalf.
Customers outside of these countries are responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.

Returns
You can request to return an eligible Alf purchase up to 30 days from date of parcel delivery. Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with change of mind returns.
