For all other locations and for orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders delivered to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines, any applicable import duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For all other international destinations, these charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our three global fulfilment centres.

At times we may ship from different warehouses to ensure your pieces reach you as quickly as possible. We endeavour to process all orders within two business days of order placement, however dispatch may be delayed during peak periods.

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds, unless specified otherwise. For international returns, any duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please consult our Returns Policy before purchasing.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-ordered pieces, your available item(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible, and your pre-ordered item(s) will be sent separately once they have been restocked. Please consult our pre-orders policy page for more information.
