Signature Ari Backpack (Pebbled Leather)

I have used this bag for a couple weeks and so far I love it. I have received compliments at work. It is very spacious and I finally feel organized. I will give a try to the pouches and some accessories to feel even more organized and make transitions easier. I wish the bag was a bit more structured as it tends to loose its shape when it is not completely packed. The front pockets might be benefited from some sort of magnetic closing as I tend to put my key fobs and lipsticks in there. Also wish there were more colors available, but I am sure they will come with time. Overall I love it and highly recommend it.

The Ari bag is exactly the work bag I'm looking for. I love all the pockets inside and out, and the laptop compartment made it extra better. I love that you can carry it in so many different ways. Unfortunately, the bag I received had a small tear in the leather, but Alf the Label customer service is awesome. They are responsive, and resolved the issue promptly.

i love the ari design - i've had two of the luxe colors (black and latte). when the vegan in black/black color launched, i got it even though my daughter is now a toddler, and i no longer need a bigger bag for daily outings bec it's such a chic (and dare i say edgy?) vibe. we've been traveling during the holidays and it's been the best bag for flights to carry snacks, tablet, etc. to me, it feels significantly lighter than the leather so it's perfect for long travel days. LOVE.
ps. alf's vegan is buttery smooth - would love more bag designs with this material! perhaps a crossbody?!

The quality of the bag is absolutely amazing, it has beautiful detail and very true to description.

I have received so many comments on how lovely the bag is, not knowing that is a nappy bag. I'm excited that I will be able to use this post babies as an everyday bag, a great investment :)

I love how universal this bag is. I use the shoulder strap a lot but when you need an extra hand to convert it into a backpack. The compartments inside have been great to section everything.

I desperately want to love this bag. It's beautiful and has everything I thought I wanted. I debated for months about whether to bite the bullet and make the investment. I finally got it, and I’ve been using it for about 4 months. The materials are outstanding, and it's gorgeous, but I absolutely can’t stand that it just folds in on itself the second you open it. I struggle to put my MacBook in the pocket because the pocket material falls as I insert it… Then, once it's in the bag (and in the pocket), the whole bag folds in on itself, so I have to hold up the side to put additional items like pouches or my water bottle in the main compartment. The details of this bag are so well thought out - the pockets, the two-way zippers, the fact that you can go from shoulder bag to backpack to crossbody is lovely - and really is simple to do. At the end of the day, this bag is beautiful, but for me and the way I use it, it creates more problems than it solves.

I love this bag! It felt like a splurge but after so many laptop bags that fell apart after a few months of daily use, it's so nice to have something that feels substantial. My only wish is that the outside front pockets were a little deeper bc I like to throw my keys in them but overall I'm so happy with this.

Gorgeous bag - fits my 15 inch MacBook Air without issue in the laptop pocket, too, which was a nice surprise! Perfect for long days in trial.

I really like this backpack for work and travel. Functional and cute is what I always look for in a backpack. I do wish it was a little roomier so I could carry my lunch in it too.

Beautiful bag, I get a lot of compliments. Well made, very comfortable to wear as a backpack (my preferred style).

The only fault I have is the laptop sleeve is a bit shallower than I’d prefer - it fits my 14 inch laptop but the padded sleeve doesn’t quite cover the top (it’s about an inch short). But given I’m not planning to swing the bag around and smash my laptop, it’s not a biggie.

Love my bag. I'm a professional who spends most of her days running around carelessly. This bag carries all my stuff, keeps my electronics very secure, stays clean when my coffee inevitably leaks, you name it!

I only have 2 comments to improve it: I wish it had some flexible boning to keep it more upright when I put it down, and I wish it was maybe 1 inch longer or taller to more easily fit my electronics in the laptop sleeve.

This is a stunning and well made bag with tons of pockets and compartments, but it’s really impractical. The bag is much shorter and stubbier than it seems in the photos. You can’t fit a larger thermos or water bottle in here unless you lay it on its side which creates a lot of bulk inside the bag. The bag is very wide, so the backpack feature (which is what I use) involves straps that are very very far apart and awkward to wear. Although I appreciate the inside pockets and zippers and other storage areas, this bag just doesn’t have the room it appears to have. I carry around a decent amount of stuff, so if you travel lighter, this might not be important to you. I will probably re sell this bag online and buy something bigger since I’m past the return policy.

Absolutely love my bag and the colour. Pre ordering was worth it. Didn’t use it much yet, as I bought it for the pram (don’t have the pram yet), but it looks like it’s going to be very useful for multipurpose use and it looks great for multiple occasions.
My only observation, which is not the prime concern is the packaging could be a bit better or luxurious. It’s not the cheapest bag and while a dust bag is nice a bit more structural packaging could be provided for longer shipments. It definitely need a box, in my opinion.

Excellent quality and wonderful functionality. The perfect travel bag for my retirement years for being on the move.

I am giving this a 3-star review because:
a. Dispatch of the order took 7 business days before it got shipped. The item was in stock and not a pre-order.
b. packaging is very important so I am surprised when my $500+ bag arrived in just a plastic pouch and not even in a box to protect the item during shipping. You can do better than this.
c. the bag is beautiful and functional. It just turned up to my door today and I haven’t had the chance to use it yet.

This bag is so classy and holds a ton. I've got it loaded up with everything (and more!) than I need to carry around and it's perfect. It is heavy, so keep that in mind with whatever you add to it. Beautiful piece and I'm glad I made the investment.
