Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, and Brunei).

For all other locations and for orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders delivered to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines, any applicable import duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For all other international destinations, these charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our California warehouse for US and Canadian orders and from our Sydney, Australia warehouse for all other orders. We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of order placement, however dispatch may be delayed during peak periods. Please consult our Shipping page for more information.

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds, unless specified otherwise. For international returns, any duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please consult our Returns Policy before purchasing.

Items in a Bundle cannot be split for return. All items in the Bundle must be returned unused and in original condition. 

Bundles and Sets are not valid with any other offer, including the welcome discount, unless specified otherwise.

Bundles are only available for a limited time, at our discretion. Strictly while stocks last.

Colours/products are set and unable to be amended or changed.

Items added individually to cart will not attract the gift set pricing.
