Please consult our Shipping page for more information.

Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds, unless specified otherwise. For international returns, any duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please consult our Returns Policy before purchasing.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-ordered pieces, your available item(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible, and your pre-ordered item(s) will be sent separately once they have been restocked. Please consult our pre-orders policy page for more information.

Please note delivery dates for pre-orders are estimates, and cannot be confirmed. Dispatch may be delayed during peak periods. Consult our Shipping page for more information.
