At Alf, we are passionate about supporting women returning to work. We proudly partner with Dress for Success to donate $1 from every sale. In addition, our Alf Exchange program repurposes pre-loved bags to support and empower women in finding employment and re-joining the workforce. 

Tommi-Rae went to Dress for Success Perth as she'd successfully secured a traineeship in the education sector with the State Government, but needed appropriate work clothes for her new role.

After her styling appointment, Tommi-Rae told the team at Dress for Success that she now felt more confident to start her traineeship.

A single parent to her two-year-old son, Tommi- Rae was delighted with her Alf the Label bag. She and her son left the Dress for Success Perth boutique with her new bag already in use on the back of the pram.

Community support enables Dress for Success to offer professional styling appointments, career workshops, and one-to-one job application and interview support, to grow the confidence, courage and job-readiness skills of vulnerable women.
