We've been working hard behind the scenes and are thrilled to announce our first International warehouse will be opening in California this Fall, allowing us to bring our US community a more tailored service and even faster delivery.
While we prepare for our international warehouse, US customers may notice a few changes to our website.
What this means for your shopping experience: from August 20, 2025, until our US warehouse is operational in early September, products and collections can be ordered, but will be temporarily unavailable to be shipped.
Why are we doing this? We are proudly an Australian-designed and owned boutique brand, and previously shipped your orders from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. However, as of 29 August, 2025 the de minimis tariff exemption for low-value imports from Australia has been suspended. This means goods coming into the US may be subject to additional tariffs. To ensure we are able to continue shipping to our US community we have been working hard behind the scenes to open a warehouse locally within the US so you can avoid paying these tariffs.
