1.0 Compensation agreement

In consideration for the Talent's full and complete performance of their obligations under this agreement, Alf the Label may provide the Talent with the Alf the Label products as listed in the Compensation Section. Failure to complete the work if and when agreed to will result in the Talent being invoiced for the total value of the products. 

This agreement establishes an affiliate partnership, as outlined in section 2.0. During this affiliate partnership, the Talent will be eligible to earn commission on net sales generated through their unique affiliate link. By entering into this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to its terms.

2.0 Term

Alf the Label retains the right to re-evaluate the ongoing affiliate partnership if required, including the option to deactivate it after an initial 90-day period, with 30 days’ written notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, brand misrepresentation, discount code leakage, high return rates attributed to the affiliate, or unforeseen market changes. During the 90 day period, Talent is encouraged to refrain from posting content featuring similar or competing brands such as wristlet style bags or pouches, baby bag brands, and similar products from leather accessories brands.

3.0 Purpose of Partnership

The purpose of this partnership is to build Alf the Label's brand awareness while showcasing a variety of products either via UGC or posted content. The Talent agrees to assist in all efforts where appropriate. 

4.0 Misrepresented affiliate link

If an affiliate code/discount is misrepresented incorrectly, or listed on any external websites outside the affiliate partner's channels, such as discount/coupon websites, forums, etc. the affiliate discount will be void and cancelled.

5.0 Expectations

By agreeing to this partnership the Talent agrees to follow Alf the Label's brand guidelines, including:

  • Planned reels/videos for new product must be sent to Alf the Label for approval prior to posting.
  • Must include UTM/product link links where applicable, provided by Alf the Label.
  • Inclusion of brand messaging and product point of difference as per brand guidelines.
  • Alf the Label products are in full focus, clean, bag straps and accessories correctly attached and styled aesthetically. If unsure how to use accessories correctly, please refer to our website.
  • Exclusively tag @alf_thelabel in featured posts
  • Shares requested analytics such as video views, average watch time, impressions and clicks.

6.0 Submission and Use of Photographs and Videos 

By submitting media to Alf the Label, you grant us the right to use your content, in full or in part, across any platform for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes, now and in the future. You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the media, have full authority to grant these rights, and that the media does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. If the media features other individuals, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions for its use under these Terms and Conditions. 

Submission does not guarantee Alf the Label will use or publish the media, and all usage remains at its discretion. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alf the Label and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or third-party rights.
