OVERVIEW

Alf the Label is a premium accessories brand with a global heart and a high-velocity growth trajectory. Our content is the visual heartbeat of everything we do, it powers our paid ads, fuels our organic social, and drives our email storytelling.

We are looking for a high-vitality creator who can capture the Alf aesthetic with sophisticated precision and consistent, high-velocity output. We need someone who can produce content at a world-class standard, day in and day out, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where execution is the ultimate goal.

THE ROLE

As our in-house Performance Content Creator, you will be the hands-on force behind our visual assets. You’ll work from production-ready briefs and scripts provided by our Creative Marketing Lead, turning them into high-performance content with both skill and speed.

This is an execution-heavy production role, the majority of your time is spent "creating creative," not planning it. Your magic happens behind the lens and in the edit, ensuring every asset feels native to the platform yet polished enough to hold up on a global luxury stage.

You will work directly with our Creative Marketing Lead every day and alongside our Founder, Sophie, on photoshoot days.


WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • Short-Form Video Production: Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, and ad creatives from briefs provided by the Creative Marketing Lead.

  • Photography: Capturing product and lifestyle shots for social channels, the website, and EDMs.

  • Graphic Design: Creating social tiles, Pinterest graphics, and ad overlays in Canva or Adobe.

  • Social Scheduling: Managing the daily scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • UGC Harvesting: Scouting and filing UGC content from customers and creators, feeding usable assets to the marketing team.

  • Ad Creative Deployment: Working with the Operations Director to upload and deploy new creative into our ad accounts.

  • Asset Management: Maintaining a meticulously organised digital asset library (naming, tagging, and filing).

  • Multi-Channel Content: Repurposing existing content for YouTube Shorts and managing weekly Pinterest scheduling.

  • BTS Capture: Documenting the Fremantle studio, team moments, and new product arrivals to keep the brand feeling "real".

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Exceptional Video Editing: You are a master of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut. You edit quickly and the output looks premium.
  • Short-Form Native: You have a visceral understanding of what makes a Reel or TikTok work, from the 3-second hook to the pacing and sound design.
  • Photography & Design Skills: You can capture and retouch lifestyle imagery and have a strong working knowledge of Canva or Adobe.
  • A "Good Eye": Your personal aesthetic is taken into account, and you can apply the Alf brand direction without compromising luxury quality.
  • Methodical Organisation: You take pride in clean file structures; you know the asset library is only useful if it’s filed correctly every time.
  • Adaptable: You are comfortable taking detailed feedback and executing revisions quickly.
