OVERVIEW

The Community and Partnerships Coordinator is the "Brand Pulse" and "Creative Voice" of Alf the Label. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you are responsible for bridging the gap between high-level brand storytelling and community data.

This role is not just about community management; it is about strategic influence.

This is a dual-mandate role: Acquisition (Growth) and Retention (Nurture). You aren’t just moderating a community; you are engineering it. You will implement viral strategies to attract new members, architect a "white-glove" concierge experience for our High-Value Customers, and lead the charge into the future of Live Commerce.

Working side-by-side with our Founder, you will act as a creative partner to build authority across both brand and personal channels. If you are a high-energy connector who thrives on data-driven creativity and understands that luxury is built on deep, authentic relationships, this is for you.

  • Location: Fremantle Head Office (in-person role, not open to remote working)
  • Reports To: CEO/Founder
  • Core Hours: Full Time, 37.5hrs per week, roster flexible as needed (core hours 9am -3pm)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

  • Marketing Calendar: You will be influential in running the Global Marketing Calendar, designing high-impact campaigns and local activations that resonate deeply with the Alf community and drive consistent momentum.
  • Strategic Growth: Ensure every campaign is aligned with our commercial goals while maintaining the "white-glove" premium feel our customers expect.

SOCIAL ARCHITECTURE AND VOICE

  • Founder Synergy: Work directly with our Founder to craft a sophisticated, witty voice for both the brand and her personal channels.
  • Engagement Loops: Drive Instagram growth through interactive content and "comment-to-DM" automation.
  • Community Connection: Lead our Private Facebook Group, turning "super-users" into brand advocates.

GROWTH, PR AND PARTNERSHIPS

  • Influencer Pipeline: Proactively scout and manage our UGC creators and strategic gifting programs.
  • Strategic Alliances: Build partnerships with other luxury brands for audience cross-pollination.
  • US PR Liaison: Synchronise our global launch calendar with our US agency to prime the American market.

WHITE-GLOVE CONCIERGE

  • Tier 3 Nurture: Provide bespoke, "white-glove" support for high value customers, maximising their lifetime value.
  • Sentiment Mining: Spend time in the "trenches" of customer service to spot trends, friction points, and marketing hooks.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use post-purchase surveys to fuel our Klaviyo segmentation and email strategy.

BRAND CREATIVE AND LIVE COMMERCE

  • Live Shopping: Lead the roadmap and execution for IG/FB Live events—turning social feeds into real-time revenue.
  • Creative QC: Oversee shoot management and talent sourcing to ensure every asset reflects the Alf luxury aesthetic.
  • Reputation Management: Drive our 5-star review ecosystem across Google and Shopify.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Exceptional creative copywriting skills with the ability to seamlessly pivot between a sophisticated luxury brand voice and an authentic "Founder" persona.
  • 3+ years of experience in high-end community management or social media strategy, with a proven track record of growing digital tribes (not just moderating them).
  • Proven experience identifying, vetting, and managing influencer relationships and strategic brand partnerships that deliver measurable UGC and ROI.
  • The ability to interpret customer data (surveys, purchase history, and Shopify analytics) to identify trends and suggest high-converting audience segments.
  • Deep technical and strategic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging Live Shopping platforms.
  • A natural "people person" who thrives on building long-term relationships with high-value VIPs and creative partners.
