Orders are posted out from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday via Australia Post.  Any local orders we post from our Head Office in Fremantle, Western Australia. We will try our best to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment and order confirmation.

During peak selling periods there can often be delays in dispatch orders (its damn nuts during an Alf sale), but we will do our very best to have your order packed and posted as soon as humanly possible!

      EXPRESS POST

Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.

Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post has temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard. 

      INTERNATIONAL

Australia Post expects major international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions.Please allow for shipping delays to regions currently impacted by Government lockdowns.

Christmas is notoriously busy for the postal service, so we always recommend getting your Christmas shopping done as early as possible!  And now with the impacts of Covid-19 in the mix we are seeing not only Australia Post under pressure with more parcels going out than ever before but also major delivery delays.

Below are the last lodgment dates  to have your parcels delivered before Christmas within Australia:

Standard Parcel Post : 12th December

Express Post : 19th December 

International deliveries remain uncertain due to minimal air traffic and continued flight cancellation as a result of Covid.  The recommended cut off is mid November for International parcel lodgments.

We are happy to offer local pickup for our Perth based customers where stock is available.  

Pickup is a from our Fremantle HQ, Monday to Wednesday between 10am and 12pm.  Please ensure you contact us via email arrange a time to collect. customerservice@alfthelabel.com.au

Proof of purchase is required when collecting your order.

Unfortunately if stock is unavailable in our Perth warehouse then shipping charges will have to be paid and items will be posted from our Sydney warehouse.

We offer FREE Australian domestic shipping on orders over AUD $250. 

Standard Shipping can take anywhere between 2 -5 days depending on your location within Australia. 

Our standard shipping charges are weight based and range between $6 - $19 Australia Wide.  

If you have a safe place for the postie to leave your beloved Alf or you are comfortable with it being left out at the address you have supplied us, please  select the 'Authority to Leave' option when selecting the shipping method.  This will save you from going to the Post Office to collect it if you miss the delivery!

In order for us to get orders to you as quickly as possible, all our East Coast orders are dispatched via our Sydney warehouse.  Whereas any Perth and regional W.A orders will be processed from our Head Office in Fremantle, Western Australia. (This is based on availability and occasionally we will have to process orders from the other warehouse to ensure you get your Alf purchase!)

Our express shipping rates range between $10 - $35 per item.

Express shipping generally takes between 1-2 days depending on your location within Australia.

We use DHL and Australia Post to ship our international orders and our international rates vary from country to country. Please contact us if you don't see your preferred shipping country listed at checkout. 

Please be aware, that as your Alf comes all the way from the 'Land Down-under' she's not going to arrive overnight (your Alf is coming via plane, not magic carpet). You can select express international shipping at checkout, however it can still take anywhere up to a week to arrive on your doorstep. 

We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible - and once it has left our Sydney warehouse you will be sent a tracking number so you are able to sit at the front gate waiting for the postman.

Some countries charge their residents taxes and duty for purchasing items online from overseas. Alf the Label does not collect international taxes on behalf of customers, so the customer is responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.
