Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.
Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post has temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard.

We offer FREE Australian domestic shipping on orders over AUD $250.
Standard shipping can take anywhere between 2 -7 days depending on your location within Australia.
Our standard shipping charges are weight based and range between $5 - $13 for standard shipping. Signature on delivery is standard for all our East Coast orders. Extra options for tracking and signature on delivery is available for our WA customers for an additional cost.
If you have a safe place for the postie to leave your beloved Alf or you are comfortable with it being left out at the address you have supplied us, please select the 'Authority to Leave' option when selecting the shipping method. This will save you from going to the Post Office to collect it if you miss the delivery!

Our express shipping rates range between $8 - $30 per item.
Express shipping generally takes between 2-3 days depending on your location within Australia.
If you have a safe place for the postie to leave your parcel and you are comfortable with it being left out at the address you have supplied us - please ensure you select the 'Authority to Leave' option when selecting the Express Post shipping method.

We use DHL and Australia Post to ship our international orders and our international rates vary from country to country. Please contact us if you don't see your preferred shipping country listed at checkout.
Please be aware, that as your Alf comes all the way from the 'Land Down-under' she's not going to arrive overnight (your Alf is coming via plane, not magic carpet). You can select express international shipping at checkout, however it can still take anywhere up to a week to arrive on your doorstep.
We do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible - and once it has left our Sydney warehouse you will be sent a tracking number so you are able to sit at the front gate waiting for the postman.
