Our bags sell out really fast... but they are worth the wait!
At the beginning of each season and when our Alf bags are sold out they will be available for pre-order.
Pre-ordering and paying for a bag when a listing is marked 'pre-order' ensures you will be reserved a bag, and it will be posted as soon as they are ready for shipment.
Delivery dates for pre-ordered bags cannot be confirmed until they arrive and are shipped out to you. We will do our best to keep you up to date with estimated arrival dates and will let you know should there be any delays.
CANCELLATIONS + AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
- Change of delivery address
- Change of item colour or style
- Adding and/or removing items from the order
- Applying discounts/gift cards
- Full order cancellations

Orders with standard shipping are processed and sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via Australia Post. Express Post orders are sent out by the following business day.
International orders are sent via DHL and usually take between 7 and 15 business days to reach their destination.
Standard shipping within Australia
Our standard shipping charges are weight based and range between $5 - $13 for standard shipping including tracking.
We offer free Australian domestic shipping when buying a bag and pram straps in the same transaction. Please note: free standard shipping does not include signature on delivery.
Alf parcels are posted from Perth, so standard shipping can take anywhere between 2-10 days depending on your location within Australia. Standard shipping does not include signature on delivery, so please select a signature on delivery option if you don't have a safe place for the postie to leave your parcel.
Express shipping within Australia
Our express shipping rates range between $8 - $30 per item including tracking and signature on delivery. Express shipping generally takes between 2-3 days depending on your location within Australia.
Our international rates vary from country to country. Please contact us if you don't see your preferred shipping country listed at checkout.
Once the item has been shipped and the tracking number provided to the customer, Alf the Label is not liable for lost or delayed shipments. Unfortunately Alf the Label is not insured for lost shipments, so if a shipment is lost, by Australia Post or DHL the customer will receive compensation from the postal provider, not Alf the Label.
Thankfully - this doesn't often happen! But we will do everything we can to assist if your parcel is delayed or lost in transit.
Some countries charge their residents taxes and duty for purchasing items online from overseas. Alf the Label does not collect international taxes on behalf of customers, so the customer is responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country. Some information can be found below. If you country is not listed please check with your local post office.
Let your mumma choose her own Alf adventure!
Alf gift cards are simple, just select the gift amount by using one or a combination of amounts. In the shipping address, enter the address you want the gift card to be sent to. You can write a love note to your mumma in the comments section of the cart, and Bob's your uncle!
A hard copy of the gift card will be delivered to the 'shipping address' provided at checkout. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. If your mumma purchases an item which has more value than the gift card, she can pay online at checkout. If there is a balance remaining on the card it will be valid for 12 months.
Your gift card is redeemable by using the serial number listed on the card as your code at checkout.
We have two major sales per year, one in the lead up to Australian Mother's Day and one around Christmas time. We also have a flash sale here and there throughout the year.
Just so you know, our sale periods are damn nuts. So it can take us a little longer to process and dispatch your orders. If you need your item urgently, then purchase the express post option during a sale to ensure your order is dispatched with priority.
It's not possible to use discount codes during sale periods and double dipped orders will be cancelled.
As per the terms for cancellations and amendments (see above) we will also not refund the difference of a purchase made prior to the beginning of a sale.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items, we will only offer a refund if the item is faulty. A store credit (valid for 12 months) for the sale value of the item will be provided.
